REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
No returns, exchanges or refunds can be provided on items returned to Theory & Tales in a used condition, or outside our terms and conditions. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit.
All products go through a quality control check before being sent to you - But just in case read below!
If your product has a manufacturing defect i.e ripped or torn when you open the package, let us know by taking a picture and email us directly with your order number.
We only do replace 30 days after the shipped date for US orders and up to 60 days after the shipped date for international orders
