- Who is Theory & Tales?
- Theory & Tales is a North American and French Business, To find out more, feel free to check out our 'About' page.
- Do you have a real life store? Can I come in and look at your gear? Can I pick up my order at your store?
- Unfortunately not. At this point in time, we do not have a retail location. Our website is a one stop shop, where you can sit back, relax and enjoy browsing at your own leisure!
- Where are you located?
- We are located in United States and France. Look out for us at an event near you!
- What are your trading hours?
- We are an online store, so technically 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! However if you have a particular query please contact us and a member of our team will get aim to respond within 24-48 hours.
- What size should I order?
- We realise that everyone has a difference preference on how they would like an item to fit. We have provided size charts and size guides for as many items as possible on our site. Just check the product listing and photos for a size guide. If you are after specific guidance or a chart isn't available - get in contact with us.
- I’m missing a product from my order, what do I do?
- We may have sent your items in separate packages so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
- If an item is missing, please contact our TC Customer Care team with the order number and the missing item's name and number. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
- Can I cancel my order with you after I've placed it?
- You have up to 12 hours to cancel your order from the time your order is completed through email. Once the 12-hour period has passed, it's too late for you or our Customer Care team to cancel your order If you cancel your order, we will refund what you paid through PayPal within 5 working days. - Returns & Refund
- All sales are final so we cannot cancel nor refund your order after the first 12-hours period. However, to ensure your pleasant shopping experience with us, we often refund or replacement for damaged goods. Simply send us a photo verification of the damaged goods, then we will gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
- If you have cancelled your orders during the 12-hours period,then we will refund what you paid for your order but not the delivery charges (fee & tax where applicable) within 5 business days.
- My item is the wrong size / style / colour and I need to return it. What do I do?

Order & Shipping
- Do you ship internationally?
- Theory & Tales is committed to getting our products to our customers. Nevertheless, we now can provide Shipping Services to customers located in United States. If you have a special request, feel free to contact us.
- Theory & Tales is not to be held responsible for any customs duties or clearance payments at the receiving country. These clearance fees and customs duties are all unique to the country and are up to the customer to make payment.
- When will my order arrive?
- As soon as you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you did not receive this, please check your Junk Mail Folder.
- Please allow us to pick, pack and ship your order within 24-48 hours on business days. When your order is shipped, you will receive a subsequent confirmation with all shipping information and details.
